Look Up!

Look up and see swallowtails overhead,
silently soaring over a flower bed.

Look up to the birds, who announce the spring.
Look up and listen to sweet songbirds sing.

Cast your gaze upon the tops of the trees,
Watch as their limbs sway along with a breeze.

Reach with your eyes to the blue of the skies.
Rejoice in all of God's heavenly highs.

Raise your head to see the rainbow above,
To your brightest thoughts and feelings of love.

Look beyond, to the sun's light shining through,
calling forth that which is the highest of you.

Look up to your goals and loftiest dreams,
Look up and see God is sending sunbeams.

To help open your mind and remove your shield,
Lie down and LOOK UP in a meadow or field.
